Documents required for a USA Visa
Passport
Original passport issued within 10 years
Photograph
Three recent colored passport size photographs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border) and taken within the last 6 months
Invitation
In case applicant is being invited then the valid Passport/Green card copy of the invitee along with their financial documents & Invitation letter mentioning purpose of inviting
Proof of sufficient funds for undertaking travel
Applicant needs to provide last 6 months bank statement signed and attested by a bank official in case the applicant is employed else need to provide bank statement of the person sponsoring your trip
ITR
Income tax return assessment for the last 3 years in case the applicant is employed else need to provide income tax return of the person sponsoring your trip
NOC
NOC from Employer (if employed) along with ID card copy / Business card
GST Copy
If Self Employed then applicant need to provide a GST Copy
